Owner & Master Stylist Skye Cullen has trained & managed in some of Sydney’s top leading salons for over two decades before branching out on her own. Styling on fashion runways, photoshoots and major events both locally and abroad.
She now calls the Snowy Mountains ‘home’ & is proud to venture into the next chapter of her life & create a hub for all creatives to excel in their craft.
If you ask her what she loves most about her job? Its seeing the shoulders go back and chin goes up with a new level of confidence as her clients walk out the door, and knowing she created a space for people to feel at home and escape every day life, even just for a mini!
Master stylist Kristy Rich has worked and trained in salons from our sapphire coast to Canberra to Newcastle and back! Now the mum of two young boys she has returned home to the Snowy Mountains to raise them with family.
With almost twenty years experience and a penchant for cutting she is our go to for all things scissor related and focuses her ongoing education on scalp and hair health.
Why hair for her? For Kristy, hairdressing has always been about so much more than just hair. It’s about the connections you build with your clients and making people feel valued, comfortable and confident. Knowing a visit can completely change someones day, both physically, mentally and emotionally, makes me love what I do!
Senior stylist Skye Lilly came to us from the Shire, first chasing the snow (as so many of us do!) and stayed for the lifestyle.
With 7 years in the industry under her very qualified belt, she is your girl for all things colour and lives for a blonde, balayage & copper! Also our blow out Queen, if I do say so myself. Her bright and bubbly personality has shined constantly with us for over a year and a half, and we hope its for a milli more!
What she loves most about hairdressing? Watching her creative visions come to life and seeing that side smile that creeps onto your clients face when they start seeing the result too. The feeling of seeing a client look in the mirror and genuinely love what they see is what it’s all about!
Meet Miss Carly Jade.
Carly has been working with us gaining experience since November 2025, while she finishes her HSC and also, ambitiously, a cert 2 in salon assistance.
With a quiet confidence she is not to be underestimated! She shows true initiative and motivation, showing up in every way every time. Raised by a beauty therapist mumma she has grown up in salons and understands the importance of the client experience.
In the future as she wraps up her studies and school life she hopes to venture into an apprenticeship and continue her path.
When asked why hairdressing, she expressed she enjoyed working with people to help them achieve their goals and working in a creative industry that is more fast paced than the beauty world!

10am to 6pm Monday to Friday
10am to 4pm Saturdays
Please note these are our standard operating hours. Stylists work flexibly at their own discretion. Please contact and ask if you need a space outside these hours, we are always happy to accommodate where possible.
